HR Manager / 100K / International School near Rama III

Client business: Our client is International School Bangkok (Education business) is currently looking for a qualified candidate as a below information.

Location: Ratchada – Rama 3, Bangkok

Working time: Monday 08.00-17.00 and Sat 08.00-12.00

Salary Range: 100,000 THB

Job descriptions:

REPORT TO Founding Team and Headmaster

  • Manage all HR activities including planning, recruitment, training, compensation, performance appraisal
  • Develop jd, contact agency, post ads, organize job applications, ensure appropriate qualifications.
  • Schedule job interviews and assist in interview process
  • Manage all activities relating to relocation of foreigner including visa, work permit, housing and insurances.
  • Manage and/or coordinate all training programs
  • Orient new employees to the organization (set up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Conduct benefit enrollment process
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Participate in benefits tasks; claim resolutions, reconciling benefits statements and approving invoices payment
  • Develop and execute actions plan in performance appraisal
  • Arrange activities to help boost engagement, build relationships and improve collaboration

Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years in over all HR Function / hands on and able to do daily operations in all HR function
  • Experience in study aboard and work with multinational culture.
  • Interested in Education Business / International School
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Flexible and able to do new things
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
