Quality Assurance Manager (Ceramic Industry)

Responsibilities :

  • Give training on the product knowledge, standards and inspection procedures to all related departments
  • To coordinate with Outside Supplier and Purchase team about Quality issue of incoming products from the supplier.
  • To control quality of product from suppliers.
  • Organize on the customer complaint to improve the quality of products and satisfy to customer
  • Safety knowledge and provide environment and task should be work with safe.
  • Training on the quality standard, QA train the QC engineer (Ceramic) QA train the QC engineer, then QC engineer train the QC inspectors
  • Customer Complaint Handing & Improvement including Risk Management
  • Responsibility for Country Standard Certificate for Product



  • Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineer or Ceramic Engineer
  • At least 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities or Managerial position in the part of Ceramic Industry or relevant position.
  • Understand the Quality Assurance System
  • Understand the International quality standards for all product and ISO9001 System.
  • Good human relation to coordinate with people and capable to motivate and guide workers to meet the company target.
  • Fluent of both written and spoken English.
  • Good attitude with changing
  • Training skill
  • Computer skill: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
