Collection Officer

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance or related field
  • 2-5 years experienced in Collection & billing
  • Experienced in customer service and account administration
  • Experienced in customer relationship and development
  • Experienced in pass due collection and delinquency control
  • Good communication skills and presentation skill
  • Good knowledge in trading or services company

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all collection activities on daily basis
  • Manage collection queue/ work flows to ensure pass due accounts are followed properly and timely
  • Correspond with client rebilling and collection issues
  • Maintain correctness of client information of all matters in the system and inform to related party.
  • Provide supports to clients, and other department to facilitate the clients' timely payment.
  • Work with Sales& AM and CCS to ensure that claims and billing functions are in order.
  • Handle receivable vouchers, tax invoices and ensure to record into the system
  • Prepare debtors report, output VAT report, Withholding Tax report, bill settlement report and other related reports.
  • Adheres to Iron Mountain safety and security standards
