Social Media Manager

The Social Media Manager’s key task is to develop and implement Social Media strategies for various clients, both in the form of a standalone strategic presentation and as a part of a
broader strategic, project or media plan. The Strategists will be working closely with the Social Media team, Client Service, Strategic planning, Media planners as well as other agency departments.    MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content production being in line with the strategies and supporting the goals – KPIs
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign and support the results being correctly report
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Be part of the hiring and training processes within the Social Media and creative teams
  • Provide constructive feedback to the teams
  • Guide and upsell the client on other services that support the strategy

 

Inputs on strategy, suggestions for performance improvement, personal changes, service offer updates are a necessary part of the long-term activity of the Social Media Strategist with the company.
