**URGENTLY REQUIRED** Process Development Chemist / FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY./(Based in Mahachai Site, Samut Sakhon with 5 Working Days)

Huntsman (Thailand) Limited., currently has an immediate opening for a dynamic individual with proven capabilities as a Process Development Chemist for Thailand PD Team located in Mahachai Site, Samut Sakhon, Thailand.

THIS POSITION IS FOR TEXTILE EFFECTS DIVISION.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the application of Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Guidelines according the regulations from Thai authorities and from Huntsman.
  • Introduction of new products from research by starting with lab process followed by the instruction and prepare OI: Operating Instructions for trials batches accompany with process execution, analyze results and propose a follow up actions.
  • Optimization the process such as improve filterability cycle time and / or yield.
  • Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, control lab equipment in good condition and keep workplace clean / good housekeeping.
  • Responsible for the control process of new raw materials and follow up till production finished and support data for reviewing specifications.
  • Coordinating campaign reports and corrective actions
  • Technical linked between R&T and Manufacturing.                                
  • Supporting production by Analysis, Optimization, RCA and Stabilization of current Inkjet product.        
  • Be flexible to quickly modify program assignment’s direction to meet BU needs.  
  • Responsible for Process Modernization and Pilot Activities with report.                        

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, preferably majoring in Organic Chemistry or studied Organic Chemistry at least 3 subjects.
  • FRESH GRAUATES WITH LESS THAN ONE YEAR OR WITHOUT EXPERIENCE WHO ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS ARE WELL ALIGNED WITH JOB’S ROLE ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
  • Candidate who is holding 1-2 years of experience in laboratory / research / chemical process development field will be considered as valuable people asset.
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities while working with various types of people.
  • Good problem solver with self-motivated and self-directed person including good communication skill set.
  • Capable of Strong Analytical Skills, Quickly Analyzing Situations, Problems, Topics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Good command of English and Computer literacy. (Please attach TOEIC score or equivalent)
  • Able to work at Mahachai Site, Samut Sakhon, Bang Pla Road.
