Customer Service Manager

Responsibility:

  • Manages liaison between customers and appropriate internal organization to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Act as liaison between customer and ensure operation running smoothly with customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinating and serving customers' requirements.
  • Coordinating with related department & providing support with customer issues.
  • Solving customer problem, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants.
  • Built up and maintain a relationship with customers in order to promote cross-selling opportunities with existing clientele basing and making referrals.
  • Analyst & summary all information including pro improvements to customer service;
  • Report progression of project on result, expense, and further recommendation perspective to related parties

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in any filed.
  • At least 5 years working experienced in Customer Service in Bank/Leasing
  • Has knowledge in leasing process or Banking would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication skill and negotiation skill.
  • Solving problem skill and Service-Minded.
  • Ability in Microsoft office, particularly in Excel Formula (Pivot, V lookup) and PowerPoint.
