Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

Sales officer plays a key role in the success of an organization. He/She is the one who, plays a pivotal role in achieving the sales targets and eventually generates revenue for the organization. The profile needs to be a leader who can contribute individually and also guide a sales/business development team/support the cross-functional support departments viz. logistic, supply chain, business strategy & MIS. He/She should be able to prepare his/her business plan, SMART goals and monitor the sales/front line executives. Responsibility shall include end to end solutions, managing product life and sales cycle, business development and value selling. Preference shall be given to candidates having exposure in Thailand/Export markets of Industrial minerals, Performance minerals, Hydrated Magnesium Silicate, Dolomite, Bentonite, Clay etc.

Major Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Prepare Annual, Quarterly and Monthly business plan by Turnover, Quantity, Profitability, Customers and Business segments by implementing vision and marketing strategies of the organization. Should be highly skilled in analysing trends, results, competition and execution oriented.
  • Implements national sales programs, independently conduct customer/distributor events, Training program, Exhibition through suitable action plans.
  • Proactive in managing sales volume, product mix, profitability by keeping a tab on the Supply Chain and Demand gap, changing trends, economic indicators and competition.
  • Formulates pricing & business strategy with the help of Head of the Department.
  • Creating Sales funnel, Pipeline management, Customer database, Branding and representing the organization in ethical way and with dignity.
  • Managing high level Satisfaction index of direct customers.(B2B Sales Only)
  • Professional Qualification & Experience: Professional graduate with  8-10 years’ of Techno-commercial exposure and application expertise in OEM Sales, Industrial Minerals, Hydrated Magnesium Silicate, Plastic & Packaging, Polymer, Raw material for Paint, Cosmetic, Pharmaceuticals or Rubber segment.

Candidates Profile:

  • Excellent Written, Oral Communication, Presentation and Analytical skills. Must have handled Techno-Commercial product lines with organization of repute.
  • High Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Self-motivated individual with effective Prospecting, Go-to-Market, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsets.
  • Physically fit and Adaptability / comfortable in coordination / interaction with internal and external customers
  • Professional Attitude with Can-Do attitude
  • Well-developed sales, business development and negotiation skills
  • Good Command of English
  • Japanese communication skills more preferable
