Manager - Project Management



  •  Assist Project Sponsor in identification of new projects which tie into strategic plan (as required) – working in close collaboration with the IT, Business team.

  • Develop project plan, business case and budget for approval by relevant sponsor/ committees that are accurate (based on available information) and implementable.

  • Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for project team, tracking interdependencies between work streams and also dependencies with other projects.

  • Ensure alignment of project scope, resource requirements and project plan by planning and studying on project feasibility

  • Define project quality, risk, communication and change management plans to present on Project Steering Committee (PSC) and also update in PMO as monthly basis

  • Define clear roles and responsibilities within project for team members.


  • Involve procurement and legal practices to develop Request for Proposals and effectively managing vendor relationship during implementation – working in close collaboration with IT and Procurement – Finance team

  • Prioritize, manage and allocate tasks to team members and ensure activities executed and deliverables are at appropriate quality.

  • Manage sponsor’s expectations and ensure buy-in from key stakeholders and senior management on critical project issues to ensure final project performance meets or exceeds agreed standards. This includes involving project stakeholders in the delivery process (e.g., definition of requirements, user testing, change management, etc.) to ensure a successful project.

  • Ensure proper communication between all relevant parties within a project by setting communication plan and schedule

  • Lead and motivate project team to carry out all project tasks and deliverables according to agreed time and cost estimates. Being accountable for project delivery.

  • Lead transition & handover process to business prior to project closure by transferring necessary knowledge to ensure effectiveness project result


  • Ensure all project costs are budgeted, forecasted, accrued and charged appropriately and on a timely basis – working closely with IT, project office - Finance

  • Ensure proper benefits tracking mechanism is in place before project completion by reviewing task with PMO and PM

  • Perform project closure including closure of project cost accounts, storage of project files and post implementation reviews.


  • Share and facilitate project status/ design meetings including brainstorming, decision-making and issue resolution.

  • Prepare clear communication (written and oral to drive decisions, obtain guidance and direction and/or inform stakeholders on status of project).

  • Establish appropriate project governance – including Project Steering Committees, working team group meetings, etc.by setting up meeting to update any progression.

  • Provide guidance & direction, mentoring, work supervision to team members (e.g. Work stream leader, SME, team members)

Agile Practices

  • Perform Agile practice such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning , Sprint Review, Sprint Grooming

  • Using JIRA tool for task tracking and project monitoring

Knowledge Sharing

  • Share project management & Agile knowledge with the team




  • Bachelor's degree required with preference toward management and/or analytical degree programs (e.g. - business administration, industrial engineering, etc.); MBA preferred, but not required
  • Project Management Professional) PMP certification is preferable
  • Proven experience in project management 3 - 5 years in Project Management level onwards.
  • Life Insurance business knowledge is preferred, but not required •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, service-minded, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated
  • Fluent spoken and written English & Thai skills
