National Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Setting and achieving budgets and sales targets.
  • Build and maintain the good relationships with Distributor and Modern Trade customers as well as Area Distributor owners/major Wholesalers to achieve company goals.
  • Manage Sales team to develop, initiate, implement channel activities.
  • Accountability for the end to end sales and implementation process to ensure successful delivery.
  • Managing the wholesale, Channel in order to increase the sales and distribution platform as targeted.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure the successful launch of new products and develop/implement  effective sales and promotion plans.




  • Male age between 35-50 years old.
  • Bachelor’s or Higher degree in related field.
  • Experience in Sales Manager and managing sales team in FMCG products.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team.
  • Strategic thinker with good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • People Management, good interpersonal skills and good command of English.
  • Work experience in dealing with a distributor is an advantage.
