Frontline Engineering Co., Ltd. (FLE) is, a Thai company, one of the leader to offer a wide-ranging portfolio of sales, assembly, repairs and services of Pumps, Motors, Engines, Pipes, Valves, Solar Cell System, Bailey Bridges and Dredges.

We are currently looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Chief Operation Officer to direct and manage our organization's business activities including develop and implement effective business strategies and programs. Duties for the Operation Officer will include allocating budget resources, formulating policies, coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staffs, managing operational costs, sale and marketing strategies, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with suppliers, subcontractors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities. Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business and commercial functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

The successful candidate for this role should possess excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of business functions, exceptional budgeting and finance skills, and strong leadership qualities. The noteworthy Chief Operation Officer should account for all business activities, support staff development, enhance efficiency, drive sales and improve revenue, maintain relationships with clients and dealers, enhance the organization's image, and meet overall growth objectives.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Hiring employees and training programs for low-level managers and staffs.
  • Creating and managing for corporate and operation budgets.
  • Driving sale and improving revenue.
  • Maintaining relationship with clients and dealers.
  • Project Management skill to monitor all projects including EPC, Maintenance and Service.
  • Procurement Management skills including Purchasing, Contracting, Expediting, Logistic and Inventory control.
  • IT management to maintain all applications and network systems.
  • HSE awareness and motivating staffs.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Maintaining the certificate of ISO9001:2015.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Generating reports and giving the presentations for Corporate review.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Master’s Degree in Business Administration is a plus.
  • Male or Female, age 45-50 years old.
  • Thai Nationality only.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Management.
  • Good command in English both speaking and writing
  • Good command in MS Office, MS Outlook.
  • Experiences with ERP and Document Management “Afresco” would be an advantage.
