Job Description:

  • Ensure the quality of products as per customer requirements.
  • Be at customers site 2 – 3 days/week
  • Visit customers when issues arise.
  • Root cause & Failure analysis
  • Manages development of processes to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery and quality of services. 

  • Understand customer goals, identify performance gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Implement quality management, process control to meet customer requirements. 

  • Develops, implements and maintains effective internal and external QA programs fostering continuous improvement both process and performance related. 

  • Handling customer complain, analyze customer feedback/sentiment to drive improvements. 


  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good command in English, skills in Chinese is a plus
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work from home 

  • Own car
