Seeking a highly motivated and energetic candidate for the position of Customer Operations Executive! Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenge of delivering on time. Your role requires you to work in a fast-pacedenvironment, sometimes under pressure, remaining proactive and efficient with a high level of professionalism to complete the task. Fantastic communication skills with an eye for detail is crucial for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
● Manage all user queries coming in from various platforms including but not limited to
online chats, calls and emails
● Work closely with the Operations team to manage user expectations
● Share your insights on the user experience report with the team
● Contribute to the support team in terms of voucher fulfilment and coordinate with
different parties in the fulfilment process – voucher purchase, etc.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
● Excellent Communication Skills
● Ability to listen and empathize with the situation
● Good command of spoken and written English and Korean/ Traditional Chinese/ Bahasa Melayu/ Tagalog/ Bahasa Indonesia/ Bisaya, one of language is required
● Resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
● Open to flexible working arrangements (e.g. Holidays and Weekends)
