Supervisor, Retail Operations (Luxury Brand)

Job summary          

Supervise Sales Representative both Sales skill and daily operation working schedule, coordinate to Sales team and check thru daily sales data based between company system and client’s application.to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses /territories and overall business objectives

General responsibilities          

  • Supervise daily sales operation, tracking daily sales and stock from all channels through out daily business intelligence report (BI Report) against actual at POS (with business partner applications/programs)

  • Apply marketing promotion driving sales performance to achieve target

  • Manage monthly sales representatives’ working schedule, monthly commission process and payment

  • Supervise Sales Representatives on selling skill, product details and other training corporation as needed.

  • Co-ordinate sales activities at POS with backend, Backoffice on internal process

  • Coordinate/execute Road show or sales promotions activities.

Leadership responsibilities    

  • Guide team to ensure effective delivery of team’s goals

  • Drive learning and development of team in the area of Retail Operations and DKSH behavior to achieve team/function goals

  • Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Retail Operations and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Functional skills and knowledge            

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge in the management of retail operations

  • Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills

  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrate good in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Soft skills

  • Strong in people management

  • Good interpersonal & communication

  • Flexible to work around Bangkok and sometime upcountry (road show)

Education                

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

Work experience   

  • Minimum two to three years’ experience in Sales Supervisor or related area.
