Scope of Work

  • Assist regional team in the analyses of data, deriving actionable insights and plans for business
  • implementation.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Collect, analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data including root cause analytics;
  • client satisfaction survey index; and utilization rates.
  • Compile analytic results into commercial insights and presentable output for clients and senior
  • management.
  • Manage commercial tools and market data sources including provide technical support and
  • training.
  • Provide support to corporate initiatives; projects and any ad hoc requests.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Work experience in consumer goods and/or healthcare industry on eCommerce channels in
  • Asia will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant
  • amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Excel and other analytical/data visualization software a plus (e.g. Power BI).
  • Knowledge in IT applications, databases and system maintenance and management such as SAP and Lighthouse.
