Learning and Development Manager

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS (State The Number And Title Of Those Directly Supervised And Identify Primary Interface Responsibilities.)

  • Reports to  Sr. Human Resources Manager
  • Position Title  Learning and Development Manager
  • This position internally works closely with   All associates

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY (State The Size Of The Area Or Responsibility In Its Functional, Geographical Or Financial Terms.)

  • Learning and Development – Training Needs, Design Training Roadmap, Improve Organization Development and Career path program, Manage Organization learning system and performance management system.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Describe The Essential Job Responsibilities, Be Specific And Concise

  • Develop HRD strategies both short and long term to support company’s vision/mission/goals
  • Support managers and teams in business delivery through enhancing their capability to deliver strategy into action components, manage their people, implement change and build relations with key stakeholders
  • Controlling and developing activities focus on Organization Development and Staff Training & development.
  • Work closely with management to assess company’s learning environment, identify training needs, identify areas of improvement, design training roadmap, and set up the annual training plan.
  • Develop and implement training & development program for all employees through various methods including development plans, training courses, developmental assignments via internal and external sources to increase of employees performances align with the company business.
  • Design, develop and implement career path program to attract & retain talented staff in organization
  • Provide training feedback, coaching and consultation including other ad-hoc assignments to appropriate constituents
  • Manage organization learning system and performance management system

JOB & REQUIREMENT (State The Type And Amount Of Education, Experience, Skills And Abilities Suggested To Fully Perform The Requirements Of The Position.)

  • Thai Nationality only
  • Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resources in Human Resource Development, Organization Development or related fields.
  • At least 10 years experienced in HRD, Organization Development such as Coaching, Mentoring, Training & Development (Competency, Training Road Map, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Career Path, etc) as well as Performance Management (KPI, Performance Management System, etc)
  • Proficient knowledge and skillfull in training and people development.
  • Excellent Presentation and Communications Skills both Thai & English.
  • Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal skill and serviced minded.
  • Having Analytical thinking skill
  • Good Computer Skill (MS, Outlook and Internet).
