  • Currently holds a position of EAM or RM in 3 or 4 star property with an 8.8 rating or above on
  • Excellent guest service skill with an eye for design, detail, cleanliness and a willingness to lead a team of 50 with passion from the heart.


  • Responsible for the financial performance of the resort including achieving targeted income in all revenue together with General Manager. Also generating departments and controlling their expenses to be in line with GOP focusing on F&B and other revenue.
  • Create an operating environment which assures consistent and improving guest satisfaction. Maintain a physical presence in public areas of the resort daily and act as a role model for company culture.
  • Monitor performance of the resort and confidently make decisions and solve challenges and to lead and coach the team for the best interest of the resort.
  • Responsible for managing the operation while planning and delegating.
  • Produce timely and accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as assigned. And attend Management/Owners Meetings as and when requested.
  • Answer all and any guest comments for both internal and external in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Work cooperatively in line with the company’s policy and evaluate all HOD’s continuously to ensure their KPI’s are achieved and exceeded. Offer support and advise on the achievement of key indicators.
  • Support all departments in creating daily, weekly, monthly promotions through all advertising media to create awareness and a positive image resort. And execute local marketing, sales and operational activities, producing results that meet or exceed the resort’s business plan. And develop and implement an efficient marketing strategy to promote the resort’s services.
  • Ensure employee satisfaction and establish and maintain a pro-active human resource function to ensure employee motivation, training and development, retention, teamwork, wage and benefits administration and compliance with established labor regulations. Treat all employees equally regardless of nationality, creed, color of skin and/or religion.
  • Conduct daily HOD and/or regular department meeting, and communicate relevant information effectively.
  • Ensure the staffing levels are in line with hotel occupancy and productivity and also ensure the hours and topics of training are sufficient and suitable for requirements.
  • Implement and maintain effective open-door communication system that crosses departmental lines to reach all employees.
