Site Operation Manager - Fashion ( Women,Men&Sport)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan sales and promotions according to characteristics of merchandise category, customer behavior, sales and marketing cadence; set detailed tasks and execute
  • Manage sales and promotion operations, including traffic sources, site resources, visuals and designs etc.
  • Design and put together channel and promotional pages; drive continuous improvement leveraging data and insights
  • Execute according to detailed sales and promotional plan; maintain highly effective communication with other departments; collect merchandise information and ensure timely delivery of sales and promotions
  • Post-audit sales and promotion campaigns by analyzing data and sales results; use conclusion and insights to improve ROI
  • Responsible for marketing and PR plan and execution, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Line and other social media platforms
  • Work with key suppliers and collaborate on joint promotional campaigns; leverage market resources
  • Become familiar with our digital advertising sales platform and advise on appropriate advertising investment strategy
  • Help refine system and development needs as it relates to sales and promotions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in sales, marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in internet or eCommerce industries; prior experience in large online platforms preferred
  • Strong  experience in planing sales and promotions in Fashion ( Women ,Men &Sport) Industries
  • Skilled in strategic planning, have an acute sense of consumer behavior; ability to incorporate innovation in sales and promotions
  • Exceptional execution skills; set and follow a detailed playbook and follow-through with execution
  • Strong planning, writing and presentation skills; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Possess a good sense of numbers and data
  • Quick learner with strong professional ethics; proactive in solving problems; ability to work under high pressure
  • Excellent business English skills
