GM – Wholesales Credit/GM – Wholesales Credit

Job Description

  •  Managing and significant growing the wholesale business in a sport fashion International brand portfolio. (Skechers, New Balance, FILA, etc.)
  •   Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Lead team to create and aligned Business Plan and Strategy with wholesales credit accounts.
  • Responsible for P&L, Gross margin, Budgeting, forecasting order, business profitability and achievement of sales revenue through the key wholesale credit accounts.
  •   Negotiating annual agreements with accounts and joining business plans in order to grow our brands (Skechers, New Balance, FILA, etc.) and business in wholesales credit channel.
  • Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans, analyzing sales program or inventory movement, preparing action plans, identifying trends and implementing change.
  • Responsible for developing and coaching sales team, continuously enhancing leadership skills as well as broadening business knowledge.
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews to ensure performance to the annual business plan targets with Wholesale credit account.
  • Managing and organizing seasoning Tradeshow and product presenting to wholesale credit account.
  • Coordinating and working with relevant departments, shipment process, operation, marketing and other resource to support wholesale credit account.
  • Working alongside with brand to define the direction, assortment, specific offer for wholesale credit channel and reviewing the business regarding market trends, product needs, consumer insight and competitive environment.
  • coordinating with relevant departments on meeting customers’ service requirements


  • Male/Female age above 30 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business and Administration or higher
  • Minimum 5 - 8years’ experience in key account management or direct experience in retail and wholesale in sport business is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation and analysis skills.
  • Mature, energetic, fast response, result-driven with goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work to KPI's and achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve associated performance targets.
  • Fluent written and spoken Thai and English language.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
