Sales Manager (Condominium) /Hi-end/Luxury Condominium

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all sales activities including response mails, maintaining accurate records of pricing, invoices, etc.
  • Supervise and monitor performance of 3-5 persons in your sales team
  • Achieve sales targets and expand new prospects and business opportunities
  • Work Location : Sales Sites/Projects (Sukhumvit zone, Central Bangkok)
  • Manage and support clients’ requirements, contracts, etc.
  • Able to work 6 days a week

Qualifications : 

  • Male or female, Thai Nationality, Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, marketing for residential project or the property industry would be an advantage, 2 years of experience in supervise/manage the team.
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English
  • Computer literacy is a must (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Very good personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Able to relocate to work at assigned location in Bangkok ( central Bangkok)
