Corporate Account Management (Credit Card)

Job Description

  • Develop and manage Card Accepted Merchant in the assigned segment business
  • Monitor and analyze volume merchants, market competition and provide solutions and strategy to all partners
  • Identify business opportunity and strengthen relationship for merchant acquisition development
  • Ensure the high level of customer satisfaction and service.
  • Collaborate with distribution team and create analysis reports to senior management team to define business direction and plan

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics or E-Commerce
  • Direct experience at least 2-3 years in sale and marketing , knowledge in Merchant Acquiring / Card Issuing business would be an advantaged
  • Male must be exempt from military service

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and communication with high influencing and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and ability to work independently and self-started
  • Good in both written and spoken in English 
  • TOEIC at least 550/IELTS at least 4.0/TOEFL at least 41
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
