Retail/Sales Operations Director - Top Retailer

 

About the Company:

Argyll Scott has an amazing opportunity to work with one of the largest and most established company in Thailand. Currently our client is searching for Retail Operations Director, responsible for managing all retail store in Thailand.

Key Duties

  • Lead operations team to ensure that company standards are align.
  • Plan and develop sales & services strategy of retail operation for both consumer and business segment.
  • Develop team member with leadership and succession planning.
  • Lead store team to drive sales in line with company targets through training.
  • Ensure and train team members on the product knowledge, sales skills, according to the brand standards.
  • Direct and monitor retail performance all aspects including P&L, using MIS report.
  • Review and manage in shop expansion plan; controlling cost and flow business operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in retail management
  • Excellent communications, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English
  • P&L experience
