About the role

As an Analyst/Consultant – Industry Services Practitioner, you will help organizations transform core and enterprise processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, agility, and business performance. You will work with client stakeholders to assess current-state business processes, identify operational improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models that enable sustainable change. The role focuses on process transformation, operating model redesign, organizational effectiveness, business process optimization, and large-scale transformation initiatives across engineering, operations, maintenance, and enterprise functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process assessment and transformation workstreams across engineering, operations, maintenance, and enterprise functions

• Analyze current-state processes, governance structures, operating models, and organizational capabilities to identify improvement opportunities

• Design future-state business processes and operating models aligned with strategic business objectives

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather requirements, validate pain points, and align on transformation priorities

• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and change strategies to support business objectives

• Identify efficiency, productivity, and process optimization opportunities through industry leading practices and business transformation methodologies

• Support business case development, value realization planning, and executive-level recommendations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful transformation outcomes and adoption of new ways of working

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• 1-2 years (Analyst); 3-6 years (Consultant) of experience in management consulting, business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or enterprise transformation

• Experience assessing and redesigning business processes and operating models

• Strong understanding of process transformation methodologies and continuous improvement principles

• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and managing business requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups in a dynamic consulting environment

• Preferred: Experience in business transformation, operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, or enterprise transformation initiatives

• Preferred: Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Management, or Change Management methodologies

• Preferred: Experience developing transformation roadmaps and target operating models
