Job Summary

Manage daily social media operations, from content setup and publishing to tracking, troubleshooting, and performance reporting. This role works closely with the Graphic Design team and uses data insights to ensure high-quality content delivery and improve social media performance.tent delivery and improve social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up social media posts, especially on LINE Official Account, with a strong understanding of platform features while maintaining post quality and ensuring timely, accurate publishing across various devices and platforms.

• Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to design cover images and promotional visuals for social media channels.

• Track social media slots and quota usage on a daily and monthly basis.

• Troubleshoot issues related to social media posts e.g. broken links or incorrect image displays.

• Generate tracking links for social media channels and understand the structure of UTM indicators.

• Export weekly and monthly data, accurately maintain raw data files, and analyze social media performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Strong capability in data analysis and reporting.

• Strong interest in social media platforms and digital marketing trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in managing social media operations for a brand or organization is a plus.
