We are looking for a professional Director of Food & Beverage to be responsible for managing all F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff, and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Degree in the relevant area
Minimum of 5 years in F&B experience in a similar capacity preferably in a 5-star class environment
Strong knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food & Beverage profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people, complex problems and food and beverage management
Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Languages essential; English and other languages such as German, Spanish, Dutch, etc
