About Carrier

Carrier is a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. We are looking for a Plan & Spec Engineer to drive specification activities and develop business opportunities for our HVAC product portfolio, including VRF and Chiller solutions. This role works closely with consultants, developers, architects, project owners, and contractors to secure product specifications and support project success from design through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Carrier HVAC solutions, including VRF and Chiller systems, to consultants, architects, developers, project owners, and contractors.

• Drive specification activities and secure Carrier products in project designs and tender specifications.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consulting engineers and key decision makers.

• Provide technical presentations, product training, and engineering support to customers and consultants.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify business opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Application Engineering, and Project teams to convert specified projects into awarded business.

• Monitor project pipelines, market trends, and upcoming development opportunities. Support seminars, marketing events, and customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC specification sales, consultant sales, application engineering, project sales, or consulting engineering.

• Knowledge of VRF systems, Chiller systems, or commercial HVAC solutions.

• Ability to review and revise technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to travel and possess private car and driving license

• Good command of Thai and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with consultants, developers, architects, or project owners.

• Existing network within the HVAC, construction, or building services industry.

• Experience in commercial building, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or data center projects.

• Familiarity with HVAC design and selection software.
