Director – Head of Valuation 

Scope of work:

  • Building long-term client relationships through exceptional client service including a deep understanding of the client and their needs, exceptional responsiveness, and the delivery of the highest quality service and work product
  • Developing a deep technical strength in the valuation of alternative assets, serving as a firm resource for that expertise and sharing that knowledge through training and mentoring
  • Developing and implementing fundamentally sound and technically rigorous procedures and processes for executing unique engagements and developing new products/services
  • Managing client engagements from day-to-day interaction with the client through to staffing and managing the resources and work plan through to timely completion
  • Individuals will be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as their experience and capabilities permit
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the valuation and advisory services line
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments and maintain consistently high-quality standards of reports
  • Providing advisory and consultation on the concept and process of valuation to all valuers
  • Coordinating and communicating between clients and the Company
  • Controlling, motivating and maintaining the performance of valuation team members  to achieve target  in time
  • Monitoring and approving the final valuation report
  • Reporting the performance of valuation team members
  • Monitoring, checking and updating information in the valuation database for further utilization
  • Approving the expenses and absentees of valuers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and their associates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all team members and other departments
  • Supporting and encouraging interoffice and inter department referrals of potential business opportunities and be able to cross sell of the Company services
  • Protect the best interests of the Company at all times
  • Attending regular team meetings as and when requested and providing regular updates of work in progress
  • Implementing best practices for the valuation department and ensuring that good governance is practiced in all your areas of responsibility

Management reserves the right to assign you on a temporary basis, duties outside the nature of your employment


  • MRICS status / RICS registered valuer license would be advantageous
  • Thai certified valuer licenses
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in valuation & advisory services
  • Master's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Statistics, Urban Planning, Finance, Accounting or Economics or equivalent. Or MBA from an accredited college/university
  • Experience in real estate development appraisals and residual valuation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Aged 32-45 years old
  • Fluent English speaking and writing
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships as well as mentoring and developing staff
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior management and in front of an audience
  • Should be willing to travel inter and intra city on a regular basis
