Telesales Executive ( 1 Year contract )

Job Description

  • Make calls based on the given call list to generate sales to achieve Direct Business Corporate sales and profit targets.
  • Coordinating, implementing and Corporate salescoupled with customer satisfaction.
  • Provide a basic sales data analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional team members, identifying targets and ensuring message and communication correctness.
  • Diagnose issues in end-to-end execution, in charge of tracking and reporting.
  • Manage 1-1 database including data capturing and data usage to contribute to effective telesales plans and effective implementation.
  • Coordinate with related internal stakeholders.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  • At least 1-3 years professional experience in Outbound Telesales, Direct Marketing, Direct Business is preferred.
  • Working experience in fast paced environment preferably i.e. FMCG/retails, Telecom, Banking, Home Shopping would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills especially in speaking.
  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Having ability to interact and cooperate with internal and external parties.
  • Flexibility, creativity, dynamic and result-oriented.
  • Strong telesales and data analytics backgrounds and would be added advantages
