Employee Relation Supervisor / Pinthong 2/หัวหน้าแรงงานสัมพันธ์

Job Purpose

 

  • To perform a variety of duties in order to promote employee welfare, employee health and well-being as well as resolve human relations problems
  • To initiate and implement activities to build employee relationship, better working environment and effective communication
  • To be a focal point for all training matters at factories
  • To take care of Employee Relations of all 3 locations – (Laem Chabang / Pintong 2)

 

Employee Communication

    • Plan, edit, write and update company communication messages thru all employee communication channels e.g. bulletin board, morning talk and e-mail communication to ensure that all employees remain well informed on all aspects of employee relations & company news
    • Maintain up-to-date information & PR movement of all HR and Clubs as well as other related information on a timely manner
  • Motivation & Activities
    • Lead, manage and coordinate with Club Committees for all club activities and make sure that all activities align with company strategy and serve employees’ need
    • Work closely with Clubs to initiate activities which enable “Happiness/Happy Workplace” in organization
  • Employee Relations 
    • Oversee and regularly monitor “HR Representative” (Lead) campaign to ensure that HR team convey necessary message to all staff timely and in good service level
    • Develop and publish morning talk schedule daily to ensure morning talk is regularly conducted according to calendar plan
  • Statutory Practice
    • Manage, participate and take minute in Welfare committee meeting and update progress or action of each issue from the meeting
  • Training:
    • Coordinate between talent management team and education and training team to ensure internal training schedule is not conflicted
    • Prepare and organize equipment and place for soft skill internal training to ensure that training session is run smoothly and interacts with external training consultants to identify course objectives and content
    • Ensure external training for people at factories are arranged properly
    • Prepare all documents concerning with training activities for all employees since 1st join date and follow up the completed document back when employees pass probation period
    • Maintain accurate training records, monitor and control costs of internal training activities and evaluate results and training effectiveness

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master Degree' of any related field.
  • At least 4-6 years experiences in Employee Relation
  • Strong in communication both Thai and English.
  • Creative and positive thinking " CAN DO " is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Open mind and energetic person.
