Purchasing Engineer (Real Estate)

Job description/Responsibilities

- Plan, implement, and manage procurement and sourcing operations in accordance with company goals and timelines.

-Continuously improve and develop procurement processes to align with the company’s strategic objectives and compliance requirements.

-Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Also, liaise with all stakeholders i.e. internal users and suppliers

-Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

-Coordinate with project management teams to ensure material and service requirements are accurately forecasted and fulfilled.

-Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions and implement changes.

-Monitor procurement budgets and provide regular cost forecasts and reports.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related fields

-At least 3 - 5 years of working experience in Real estate industry, Construction industry or related roles

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and patiently across all levels

-Advanced computer literate MS office, ERP)
