We are seeking a dedicated Manager (m/f/d) for Change Management, Automation, and Optimization Implementation, who will energetically support our team and grow together with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Implementing and monitoring automation and optimization projects
• Weekly exchange with our Automation and Optimization Manager in Germany
• Ensuring the implementation of optimization measures in Phuket
• Actively searching for new technologies and developing use cases
• Contributing and implementing your own ideas

Your profile:

• Good technical and software understanding, and at least basic programming skills; programming language not decisive (preferably JavaScript and Bash)
• Experience in the media industry, preferably in the print sector; experience with online/digital is a plus
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is advantageous
• Willingness to work independently, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability
• Good English or German language skills, both written and spoken
• You possess a high degree of initiative, curiosity, and enthusiasm
