Sales Representative

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Attend to all inbound inquiries enthusiastically and professionally.
- Assist and guide potential customers to sign up for the best packages for them professionally and systematically
- Follow up on leads diligently
- Maintain good reporting habits as per company or supervisor request.
- Be brave to voice out your concern with valid reasons and propose solutions.
Required Experience / Competency:
- Must have excellent written and oral skills in both English and Thai
- Must have a working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Google Apps
- At least 1 year experience in sales, account management or similar field.
- Professional business presence and acumen.
- Self starter, high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker.
- Highly detail oriented with superb organizational skills.

Job Description: 

- Perform the data entries of vendor invoices & create new customers and vendors contact list
- Bank Reconcilation
- Issue receipts for payment from customers
- Prepare & timely submit the monthly reports (VAT report, Withholding Tax, and etc) to the revenue department of Thailand
- Handle the monthly reconciliation of international transactions
- Process the payment to vendors through the electronics bank transfer/cheques
- Process other Accounts & Administrative tasks assigned 


- Thai Nationality, Female
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field of study.
- 1-2 years of experience in the accounting filed
- Experience in accounting within real estate business (is not required but preferred)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, etc.).
- Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
Fair command of English.
