Responsibilities:
Performing financial analysis and formulating in-depth financial models.
Conducting due diligence and in-dept understanding of clients' business and industry
Formulating and executing financial and commercial strategies for clients
Preparing pitch deck, Information Memorandum, and other presentations and documents as required by clients
Preparing documents required by related regulators, such as SEC and SET
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related disciplines with outstanding academic record
Relevant experience in Investment Banking or other Financial sector (for higher position)
Strong knowledge of quantitative financial and financial modeling skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.
