Organization and Development Manager/เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายพัฒนาองค์กรและทรัพยากรบุคคล / ผู้จัดการ

In this business critical role, you will be responsible for defining the entire organizational development of the organization improvement, delivering the highest quality service and work closely with all stakeholders. You will also take the lead in providing direction to all transformation strategy perspectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the HR director and line managers to develop organizational strategies to ensure an alignment with the business structure and business growth objectives
  • Take the initiative to drive large-scale changes such as culture, total reward & performance management, manpower, talent/succession solutions, engagement etc.
  • Diagnose and assess organization gaps, data analysis, develop appropriate interventions, evaluate and oversee results to support continuous improvement, people capability, cultural transformation etc.
  • Ability to develop innovative communication methods, collaboration challenges and support all clients by providing consultation, tools and expertise to achieve transformation change
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that all key messages are delivered with a clear understanding in a timely manner and drive appropriate actions

To succeed in the OD Manager, HR job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with the HR Director and business head teams, across borders and internal matrix.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in in HR development, organization development or related fields
  • At least 8 years' experience in HR development, organization development.
  • Excellent team leader, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills, and a strategic thinker
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to implement HR Tools to support Business Goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and capable to deal with complex topics
  • Good command of written and verbal English communication skills
