👤 Reports to: Director, ICT
Lead and manage daily ICT operations, infrastructure, systems, and network performance.
Ensure maximum uptime of servers, applications, and IT equipment.
Oversee IT projects, digital initiatives, and technology implementations.
Develop and maintain ICT policies, procedures, SOPs, and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and Vietjet Group ICT teams.
Lead and develop the ICT team to deliver reliable and secure IT services.
Support strategic ICT planning and technology transformation initiatives.
Bachelor‘s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or ICT management roles
Strong knowledge of servers, networks, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and enterprise applications
Experience in the airline, transportation, or reservation systems industry is an advantage
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills
Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
Able to work under pressure and travel when required
