We are seeking an exceptional Plant Lead to oversee the complete operational performance of a large-scale manufacturing facility and play a critical role in shaping the future of our global operations network.

Reporting directly to senior regional leadership, the Plant Lead serves as the overall site leader with accountability for production, maintenance, quality, supply chain execution, engineering, facilities management, and organizational capability.

As Plant Lead, you will not simply run a factory.
