Job title: Continuous Improvement Officer
Location: Samut Sakhon

Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) and TPM-EA programs throughout the organization by utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and related improvement tools. Drive operational excellence through process optimization, waste reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational performance targets.

• Analyze and improve work processes using Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, TPM, and 5S.

• Assess and identify problems, inefficiencies, and waste within operational processes.

• Design and propose improvement initiatives to relevant teams and stakeholders.

• Conduct training sessions and provide knowledge on Continuous Improvement and TPM-FI/EA to employees.

• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of improvement projects and prepare summary reports.

• Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement and TPM-FI/EA activities to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collect, analyze, and document data related to process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement (CI), Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, Process Improvement, or related areas.

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, and waste elimination techniques.

• Experience in leading or participating in process improvement projects with measurable business results.

• Strong analytical, project management, and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across functions.

• Able to facilitate training sessions, workshops, and improvement activities.
