BI Developer

About the role

BI Developer (Global HRIS) at Deputy Department Manager level, responsible for designing and developing global HR dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics solutions for Thai Union Group PCL.

Key responsibilities

  • People Analytics & Reporting

  • Design and develop global HR dashboards and reports.

  • Build executive-level workforce analytics solutions.

  • Develop KPI scorecards and HR metrics frameworks.

  • Deliver actionable insights on workforce trends and organizational performance.

  • Support ad-hoc analysis requested by HR leadership and business stakeholders

  • Power BI Development

  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Create DAX measures, calculation groups, and advanced analytics.

  • Optimize report performance and usability.

  • Manage security roles and row-level security.

  • Maintain dashboard governance standards.

  • Predictive Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Support predictive workforce analytics initiatives.

  • Develop models for attrition, hiring, and workforce forecasting.

  • Participate in AI-powered HR analytics projects.

  • Assist in developing data pipelines for machine learning applications.

About you

  • 3-7 years in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.

  • Experience with enterprise reporting environments.

  • HR analytics experience is an advantage.

  • Must be good at Power BI, SQL Server, Data Modeling, ETL / ELT Development, DAX, and advanced Excel

  • Ability in Python, Azure Data Platform, Fabric
