We are looking for a motivated and analytical System Analyst to analyze business requirements and design effective IT solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to ensure that systems meet business requirements and are successfully delivered.

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Design system workflows and business processes

• Prepare and maintain system documentation such as BRD, FSD, Functional Specification, and Technical Specification

• Coordinate with developers, testers, project managers, and business users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements

• Provide clarification and support to technical teams during system development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role

• Basic knowledge of SDLC and system analysis and design methodologies

• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation is an advantage

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Programmer to develop, maintain, and enhance software applications according to business requirements and technical specifications. The candidate will work closely with System Analysts and project teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance application systems based on business requirements and technical specifications

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

• Perform unit testing and support system integration testing

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues

• Collaborate closely with System Analysts, testers, and project teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Support application deployment and post-implementation activities

• Maintain and improve application performance and stability

• Prepare technical documentation related to application development

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development

• Experience in programming languages such as Java, .NET, PHP, or other relevant technologies

• Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or other relational databases

• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements
