1. ตรวจ/ ร่าง /ให้ความเห็น สัญญาอังฤษ TOR และหนังสือโต้ตอบในประเด็นกฎหมายกับคู่ค้า และหน่วยราชการ
2. ให้ความเห็นทางกฎหมายในประเด็นกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจที่ทีมงานและผู้บริหารขอคำปรึกษามา
3. วิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงทางกฎหมายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับโครงการที่บริษัทกำลังจะดำเนินการ
4. สืบค้น อัพเดท กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับธุรกิจของบริษัท
5. ร่วมประชุมกับผู้บริหาร และทีมงานในโครงการต่างๆ ของบริษัท
6. งานทนายความ
ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 - 17.30น.
