Finance and Business Analysis Manager (Manufacturing - Upcountry)

Responsibilities:
  • Providing support to both management and teams for decision making purposes, including providing useful financial analysis/information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monitoring and controlling business performance by comparing actual results versus budget on a continuous basis, and also proposing areas for improvement.
  • Reviewing and analysing variance costs.
  • Performing financial planning e.g. production loss, sales and margin break down and profit, allocation costs, and expenses, etc.
  • Running feasibility studies for new investments and controlling CAPEX for new machines and renovations.
  • Providing and seeking advice to improve financial returns. Directly dealing with the FD and supporting the Factory team in terms of providing analytical of timely and accurate financial information, and also making recommendations for further improvements.
  • Helping to manage selling price trends and issues including promotions and discounts. Relating internal and external factors to marketing planning.
  • Taking full responsibility for timely, accurate, and appropriate management information, including the preparation of a monthly management financial reports.
  • Being responsible for the preparation of annual budgets, which will involve the reviewing of future business plans to develop the budget.
  • Applying and implementing new software and ERP.
  • Improving working capital, return on assets and CAPEX management.
  • Supervising the day to day operations within the department.
Qualifications:
  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in accounting / financial roles and feasibility studies, with experience in manufacturing or the food industry being an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Background from an audit firm with a CPA is a plus.
  • Good analytical skills, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with all levels of employees.
  • Knowledge and experience in Oracle will be an advantage.
  • Excellence computer skills (Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint).
