Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for positions across Thailand.
Support regional hiring projects and recruitment activities across APAC countries.
Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
Drive sourcing strategies through multiple recruitment channels.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure quality hires and positive candidate experience.
Maintain and update recruitment data within ATS and other TA technologies.
Coordinate interview processes, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Provide market intelligence and talent insights to support hiring decisions.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and best practices.
Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple countries within a sizeable international organization.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working with ATS, recruitment systems, and TA technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Available to commit to a 6-month fixed-term contract.
