Junior / Senior Pre-Sales Engineer (Enterprise Network)


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related fields
  • Age above 23-35 years old
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in network infrastructure fields
  • Knowledge in TCP/IP, OSI Model, Routing and Switching, LAN, WLAN, WAN
  • Familiar in dynamic routing protocol: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, 
  • Experience in design and deployment with Cisco Routing/Switching, Wireless LAN Controller,
  • Working knowledge of surrounding/related product and technologies: Routers, Switches, Firewall, Proxy, DNS/DHCP
  • CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, CCDP Certification or equivalent are preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication, Active listening, and Services mind

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides Pre-Sales documentation including design document, presentation, proposal, data flow diagrams, logical diagrams
  • Lead meeting and present the Network Infrastructure solution design to prospective customers
  • Provides Networking Products/Solutions Demonstration and Proof-of-Concept
  • Provides Site Surveying, Creating Network Drawings (Visio), Solution designs and Survey report.
  • Work with local distributor to deliver solutions to customer
  • Provide bidding, compliance and pre-sales support document
  • Evaluate and develop approach to Wire/Wireless solutions, Studies new products and technologies, Attend Vendor’sproducts/technologies training or seminar.
