Technical Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Support
    • Handle incident and service request within agreed SLA respond, remote onsite and resolved duration.
    • Perform two health check report in every month.
    • Create problem request to escalate incident to Development team for permanent fix and root cause analysis.
  • Project Management
    • act as project engineer for small sized project to execute project implementation from planning, executing, monitoring & control, and closing project
    • perform project implementation according to assignment from Project Manager including HW/SW installation, configuring, patching, update and upgrade modules
    • prepare documentation for acceptance test
    • Provide training to costume
    • Prepare document and internal training to handover project.
  • CMMI Process Improvement
    • Comply CMMI /Process Improvement
    • support service flow and achieve checkpoint score to improve service quality and customer experience such as more communication with customer, update work log frequently, identify solving method and root cause, and quality of service report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor such as;
    • Key Account Management
    • Become account ownership in building customer's trust on Netka via in-depth problem solving, more communication, consulting on preventive solution and monthly meeting.
    • Optimize working process between Netka and customer to minimize miscommunicate and enhance effective communication.
    • become internal customer contact point to update customer's movement, getting business requirement and customer relationship
  • Internal Test for new service launche
    • perform internal test for Beta version launched by Dev team, we'll do the test and feedback once defect or bug issue found by open problem to Dev team for further investigation and problem solving.
  • Other duties

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree  in faculty of IT, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering
  • Have at least 0-2 year experience
  • Good knowledge of networking, server, storage, hypervisor, service desk, Microsoft Office
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL, IT service management (ITSM), project management.
  • Basic knowledge of CMMI, database (MySQL or Maria DB), big data analytics, IoT, cloud services SQL Query Browser, SSH (Secure Shell), Secure CRT.
  • Good skill of planning, prioritizing, analysis, coordination, presentation, negotiation and critical management.
  • Have good responsibility, discipline, awareness, proactive, self-development and service mind.
  • Have experience working with company which certified ISO or CMMI is advantage.
  • Able to work hard and tolerate with pressure of work.
  • Able to travel and work in foreign country.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
