Our respected client is seeking a highly motivated professional with at least 4 years’ experience in B2B sales and key account management for the job of Country Sales Representative. The job is based in Ayutthaya, Thailand

Job Summary

The Country Sales Representative will be responsible for parts sales activities, both presales and aftersales market. Candidate will take care dealers and key accounts to provide a tactical plan to deliver a business growth for the company.  This position will be reporting to the Regional Parts Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Take care of part sales activities of Industrial segmentation of the company.
  • Define and request authorization for the commercial terms of the unit in terms of payment terms, credit policies, discount policies, and technical support.
  • Define and apply for approval of price list for current collection of the Brand.
  • Analyze, define and apply for approval for the levels of credit from customers.
  • Direct and control the activities of sales, distribution, and customer service, to maximize the profitability of the business.
  • Establish standards of performance and quality technical advisor or account executives, defining incentive systems for sales and approved by management.
  • Leading and participating in trade negotiations with distributor and customers in general.
  • Monitor compliance with the weekly sales and margin estimates for the Brand by the seller and / or client.
  • Finalize with dealer for annual sales plan & actions
  • Parts Sales analysis, forecast, opportunity study & development
  • Parts market & competition study (Competitors, product, price etc.)
  • Support dealer to develop parts sales, stock plan, marketing plan, promotion, campaigns, new product launch and any spare parts related activities to achieve the parts sales target.
  • Dealer sales performance and business operation monitor & support
  • Daily control, the process of orders from distributors and end user customers.
  • Participate in meetings of quality control or customer reclaim or returns.
  • Follow up & solve complains and issues from dealers & Customers
  • Key project, key account support & coordinate related to parts
  • Regular visits to distributors and end user customers.

Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of construction machinery parts sales management experience at OEM or dealers.
  • Thai Nationality, with at least Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Management
  • Age: 28-35 years old
  • Proven experience selling products to Industrial Industries is a must
  • Good command in English, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
