About the role

MEO Jewelry Co., Ltd. is seeking a Junior Customer Relations professional to join our customer service team on a full-time basis in Bang Yai, Nonthaburi. In this entry-level customer-facing role, you will be the voice of our company, building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients whilst addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyalty to the MEO Jewelry brand.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about our jewellery products, specifications, pricing and availability

• Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, working towards satisfactory resolutions

• Process customer orders and manage transaction details with precision

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interaction logs

• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service standards

• Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary

• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during peak service periods

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally

• Customer service experience, preferably in a retail or jewellery industry environment

• Excellent listening skills and genuine interest in understanding customer needs

• Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging customer situations

• Proficiency with computer systems and common software applications

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry

• Team player mentality with willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Fluency in English and Thai; additional languages are advantageous
