- กำหนดทิศทางและวางแผนการพัฒนาบุคลากรประจำปีร่วมกับผู้บริหารต้นสังกัดในเครือ MBK GROUP
- แปลวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจขององค์กรเพื่อนำไปวางแผนพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคลากรทั้งในระยะสั้นและระยะยาว
- ควบคุมและวางแผนงบประมาณประจำปีของบริษัท MBK Training Center
- กำกับดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร MBK GROUP ดังนี้ โครงสร้างองค์กร, อัตรากำลังคน, การจัดการความรู้และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร, Competency, Career Path,Succession Plan,Talent Management, Job Evaluation เป็นต้น
- กำกับดูแลและให้คำปรึกษาด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร MBK GROUP การหาความจำเป็นในการอบรมของบริษัทในเครือ,การจัดทำ Training Road-map,การพัฒนาผู้บริหารระดับสูง,งบประมาณในการอบรมพัฒนา,การสรรหาและคัดเลือกวิทยากรและที่ปรึกษา,การประเมินผลและติดตามผลด้านการอบรม เป็นต้น
- กำหนด KPI ของฝ่ายพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคลและบริหารจัดการให้เป็นไปตามแผนการดำเนินการที่ตั้งไว้
- วิเคราะห์และดำเนินการวางแผนเพื่อจัดการความเสี่ยงของฝ่ายพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล
- พัฒนาและส่งเสริมค่านิยมด้านการบริการตามนโยบายการให้บริการของบริษัท
- วางแผน จัดการ โครงการต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ได้แก่ การเป็นคณะทำงานเพื่อขอรางวัล TQA, คณะกรรมการการจัดการความรู้และวัฒนธรรมองค์กร,คณะกรรมการ Service Policy,คณะกรรมการบริหารงานบุคคล,
- บริหารจัดการและประสานงานร่วมกับสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับและส่งเสริมการประกอบธุรกิจประกันภัยเพื่อให้การฝึกอบรมและจัดสอบใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพประกันภัย
- สื่อสารและผลักดันนโยบายต่างๆ ของบริษัทให้เกิดขึ้นจริงในฝ่าย
- กำกับดูแลบริษัทในเครือให้ปฎิบัติตามมาตรฐานการพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคลากร
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานให้ตรงตามระบบบริหารคุณภาพงาน (ISO) ของทุกแผนกภายในฝ่ายพัฒนาทรัพยากรบุคคล
คุณสมบัติ
- เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุระหว่าง 40 - 50 ปี
- จบปริญญาตรี/โท สาขาทรัพยากรบุุคลหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เรื่องระบบบริหารคุณภาพงาน (ISO)
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารฝ่ายพัฒนาบุคลากร ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
