Job Description

1. Content Concept & Creative Development

• Develop creative concepts for online, social media, and marketing communication materials.
• Research trends, references, and market movements to support creative ideas.
• Gather information from related teams and propose content ideas aligned with marketing objectives.

2. Content Production & Coordination

• Coordinate visual content production, photo shoots, layouts, and creative materials.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, photographers, designers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up on content development to ensure alignment with approved concepts, brand direction, and timeline.

3. Content Quality Control & Follow-up

• Review content, artwork, layout, and design before publishing to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate revisions, and solve ad hoc issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure content production runs smoothly.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content management, creative content, or marketing communication.
• Strong creative thinking with good understanding of online content, social media trends, and visual communication.
• Detail-oriented with good sense of design, branding, and content quality.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design tools knowledge and English communication are advantages.
