Job Description

1. Customer Service & Brand Experience

• Provide professional product consultation and personalized service to customers in line with Hermès brand standards.
• Deliver a premium shopping experience and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, especially fragrance, beauty, and lifestyle items.

2. Sales Achievement & Product Knowledge

• Achieve individual and store sales targets as assigned.
• Maintain strong product knowledge, including product features, usage, ingredients, selling points, and new launches.
• Support upselling and cross-selling activities to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.

3. Store Operations & Visual Standards

• Ensure product displays, testers, stock, and store areas are well maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Support inventory checking, stock replenishment, product receiving, and stock arrangement.

Coordinate with store team and related departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Follow company policies, grooming standards, service procedures, and sales reporting requirements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Beauty Advisor, Sales Associate, or Retail Sales in beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle products.
• Strong service mind with passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Good communication, selling, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
• Able to work in shifts and on weekends or public holidays.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
