Training Specialist (Ratburana)

Location : Ratburana

 

Job Description:-

  • Facilitate training program in accordance with set standards
  • Evaluate training program and input data into database-HRDIS
  • Analyze and recommend training consultants/trainers for appropriate programs which match business needs
  • Ensure quality and availability of all training equipment
  • Facilitate in all aspects in the delivery of all in-house training session
  • Provide support to supervisors for on-the-job training
  • Be the horizontal human resource development client service team to support each Division in identifying effective human resource development plan and execution
  • Identify and solve the problems that may occur from changes or impact of bank's human resource development policy implementation to enhance or maintain competitive advantage of organization

Qualifications:- 

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Mass Communication, Education or related fields
  • 1-2 years' experience.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves
  • Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills
  • Good personality and positive attitude
  • Good command in English
