Sales Executive- Real Estate, Phuket

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To greet, present, and negotiate with clients and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare reports, reservation forms and other sales related documents
  • To provide feedback on clients’ comments and competitors’ promotions to the marketing team
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
  • Build and maintain professional networks

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a real estate agent, real estate salesperson relevant sales and marketing
  • Strong sales, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Dynamic, energetic and pleasant personality
  • Good in English speaking and writing and Speak Chinese / Russian is preferred
