Project Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in customised, personalised furniture and other furniture products.

  • Develop sales strategies, presentations, and project opportunities to drive growth.

  • Manage The Design Studio team, ensuring design quality, creativity, and customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships (B2C & B2B).

  • Oversee design concepts, proposals, and project execution within budget and timelines.

  • Recruit, coach, and motivate the team to deliver high standards and meet KPIs.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior/Industrial Design (Furniture major preferred) or BBA, Marketing.

  • 3–5 years’ managerial experience in retail, design, or project sales.

  • Proven B2B sales background; furniture experience a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills (Thai & English).

  • Commercial acumen with P&L understanding.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & design software (e.g., SketchUp).

  • Flexible, adaptable, willing to travel and work shifts.
